Celata 2024 displays a brilliant ruby red color, enlivened by vibrant violet hues.
On the nose, it opens with freshness and enveloping charm: a fruity core of blackberry intertwines with soft hints of cream and vanilla. The aromatic profile then rises into refined ethereal notes of white flowers and graphite, while a delicate touch of licorice seals its complexity.
On the palate, it is enveloping and silky: the entry, fine and measured, evolves with balance toward a succulent mid-palate. The tannins, crisp and lively, lend rhythm to the progression, guiding the sip toward a long and dynamic finish, marked by a spicy note and a subtle, elegant hint of sweetness.
